Initiate Your Return
Log into your X10 account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Electronics
Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Securely tape the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the device.
